Off the Plan Apartments across The Hills Shire
Enquiries come from eleven suburbs in or partly in The Hills Shire, named on the council's own list. Three suburb pages each rest on one council statement: Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill and Kellyville.

The suburb names are from The Hills Shire Council's list of suburbs within or partly within the Shire (July 2020). Each suburb page takes one statement from a council page, gives its date and turns it into a question about an off the plan contract. The council pages do not mention off the plan contracts, so that last step is our inference and each page says so.

One council
The planning context on these pages is The Hills Shire Council's, alongside the NSW Government's contract rules. Suburbs outside the Shire are not covered here.
Suburbs without a page
We looked for a council statement true of each other suburb and not shared with its neighbour, and did not find one for Norwest, Bella Vista, Winston Hills, North Rocks, Beaumont Hills, West Pennant Hills, North Kellyville or Rouse Hill, so they do not get a page of their own: it would repeat the main pages. Three pages, not four, is deliberate.
